Using our store

Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change before an order is accepted. Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be shown or confirmed before completion. Online payments are processed through the available payment provider. For direct or WhatsApp orders, we will confirm the accepted payment method and order total with you.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, a pricing error has occurred, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund.
WhatsApp ordering
Product details sent through WhatsApp are an order request until we confirm availability, delivery, payment, and acceptance. Please check the confirmed product, size, colour, quantity, delivery details, and total before paying. WhatsApp is a third-party service and is also governed by its own terms.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing complete delivery information and ensuring someone can receive the order. Risk in the products passes to you when delivery is completed.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, product photographs, graphics, copy, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
